All invoice data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We strongly recommend:

• Downloading your invoices as PDF for backup
• Not relying solely on browser storage
• Understanding that clearing browser data will delete your invoices

We are not responsible for data loss due to browser issues, device failure, or user actions.

Invoice Foundry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoice Foundry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the invoices you create using our Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
